I am so excited to have you here, those that don’t know me, I’m Ros Shead and the owner of RitzyRa!

How was RitzyRa born?

I have a background in sales and spent 8 years in the network marketing industry! In that time I built the most gorgeous network across social media. I have had a serious love for crystals since 2017 (story below) and they’ve always been a big part of my journey during those times! I have practiced crystal healing daily since.

I went on to take selfies for my then crystal lady, to use to advertise the crystals on her social media. After 6 years in my first network marketing company I changed companies to a company where I sold an assortment of crystals for just under 2 years. In that time, I also did a crystal healing course to educate myself even further. The direction of that company changed and I then realised the industry just wasn’t for me anymore! I wanted full creative outlet and full control of my business…. This is when the magic of RitzyRa was born! ✨

So, How did my crystal journey start?

Back in 2017, I was at one of the lowest points in my life. I had postnatal depression after having my youngest, my Grandad had passed away, who was my hero and my son became seriously poorly and needed brain surgery! A lot of things at once right?!

One of my close friends at the time sent me and my son some crystals! Although I was raised around crystals with my Mum, this was the first time my eyes was opened to the true power of crystals! I am a big believer in crystals find you when you need them the most. Those crystals got me through some of the darkest moments! They played a big part in my journey to becoming the confident magical weirdo I am today. I quickly spiralled deep into the crystal world…
